ACCUMULATING
The design of our chain roller accumulators is based on one of our 3 standards :
- Fixed bottom frame and moving upper frame.
- Fixed upper frame and moving bottom frame.
- Two frames moving in opposite directions and meeting each other in the middle. This concept facilitates the inlet of new fabric and is particularly suitable for sensitive fabrics as the two frames balance each other.
As an option, the accumulator can have a sprocket - rack gear combination to keep the frames at level at all times.
J-box and accumulator can be equipped with traction rollers (inlet-outlet) combined with dancing rollers.
Further engineering of each individual machine is done focusing on the type of fabric.
